1. General provisions
This Agreement describes the terms under which https://www.coinix.me (the “Service”) provides exchange services. It is a public offer to individuals and legal entities (the “User”). The User must read and accept all terms before using the Service. The current Agreement is published on the Service website.
2. Definitions
The Service is an online system for exchanging, buying, and selling electronic currencies. A User is a person or entity using the Service. A Payment system is a third-party electronic-money and payment system; supported systems are listed on the website. A Request is a User instruction submitted through the online form. Card verification confirms card or account ownership and is required once for every new card or account. Source currency is sent by the User; received currency is delivered after exchange. Reserves and exchange rates are displayed on the website.
3. Acceptance
The Service provides electronic-currency exchange, sale, and purchase. The User accepts this Agreement by creating a Request or registering on the website. The Agrement takes effect when the Service receives the amount stated in the Request, or on registration when the acceptance box is selected. It remains effective until terminated by either party.
4. Services
Requests are created and monitored through the website interface and are processed under the rules of the relevant payment systems. The Service is not responsible for a payment system’s actions. The User confirms lawful ownership of all funds used and is responsible for applicable taxes. The Service sends received currency or the monetary equivalent after receiving source funds, at the rate and fee shown in the Request. Its obligation is fulfilled once the relevant payment system debits the amount from the Service account. An unpaid purchase request may be cancelled after 24 hours.
5. Additional conditions
If funds are not received within 24 hours, the Service may cancel the Request. Late funds may be returned less transfer fees. If the received amount differs from the Request by more than 10%, the Service may recalculate or cancel the Request and return the funds less fees. A rate is fixed for no more than 18 minutes; bank-payment rates are always updated. Bank payments may require verification, PerfectMoney may delay transfers, completed Bitcoin requests cannot be refunded, Bitcoin payments below 0.0010 BTC are not refunded, and first YandexMoney payments from unregistered or unverified Users may be delayed for 48 hours.
6. Fees and rewards
Rates and fees are published on the website and may be changed by the Service. Each Request displays the rate, payment-system fee, Service fee, exchange method, and total amount. Registered Users may receive rewards of 5% for $0–$1,000, 10% for $1,000‑$10,000, and 15% above $10,000, calculated only from Service profit.
7. Partner program
Referral rewards are paid for exchanges made through a partner link: 0.5% after registration, 0.6% for five referrals, 0.8% plus a gift for ten, 0.9% plus a gift for one hundred, and 1% plus a gift for three hundred referrals. No reward is paid where the Service earns no commission. Exchange-monitoring services receive a 0.5% referral reward.
8. Liability
The Service’s liability is limited to the amount transferred by the User. It is not liable for failures outside its control, third-party misconduct, or inaccurate User details. The User confirms no involvement in money laundering, criminal or terrorist activity, or other illegal activity. The Service may suspend suspicious requests and is not liable for bank or payment-system delays. Liability is otherwise governed by the laws of Belize.
9. Other conditions
Fraudulent or unlawful use is prohibited. The Service may provide information to competent authorities and request identity or payment documents. The Service may refuse requests made without its website interface and may refuse service without stating a reason.
10. Final provisions
This electronic Agreement has the same legal force as a written agreement. The Service may amend it by publishing changes on the website. Disputes are resolved through negotiation or by a court at the Service location. Website content is protected by copyright law. By using the Service, the User confirms unconditional acceptance of this Agrement.
